FULL-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL (QC) SYSTEM

IQC (Incoming Quality Control): The Foundation

Panel Inspection: 100% inspection for dead pixels and color consistency.
Component Stress Testing: Motherboards and power supplies undergo voltage stability tests.
Material Verification : Housing materials are checked for anti-corrosion and paint thickness.

IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Precision Assembly

During assembly, our technicians follow standardized SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in an ESD-protected (Electrostatic Discharge) environment.

Dust-Free Integration: Critical components, especially high-brightness backlights and touch foils, are integrated in a dust-free clean room to prevent internal contamination.
Step-by-Step Functional Checks: At each stage of the assembly line, key functions (touch response, WiFi connectivity, OS stability) are verified before moving to the next station.

FQC (Final Quality Control): The Stress Test

Before any product is cleared for shipping, it must pass our "Trial by Fire" testing phase.
72-Hour Aging Test: Every unit is kept powered on for 48–72 hours under full load to identify potential early-life electronic failures.
Environmental Simulation:
Outdoor Units: Subjected to waterproof testing (IP65/IP66) and high-temperature solar simulation.
High-Brightness Units: Thermal management checks to ensure the cooling system handles 2000–5000 nits of heat.

OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Final Assurance

Visual Inspection: A final "white glove" check for scratches, bezel alignment, and label accuracy.
Packaging Integrity: Drop tests and vibration simulations ensure the packaging can withstand international shipping via sea or air.
