For optical construction products, dust is one of its biggest enemies. A little bit of dust can have a huge impact on this product. Therefore, the dust-free workshop is necessary for the production of high-grade optical construction products.
Recently, Aiyos production workshop is about to be upgraded to a dust-free workshop. This workshop requires a clean atmosphere and stable temperature and humidity to ensure that products can be produced in a good environment. The dust-free purification workshop uses HEPA and ULPA to filter 99.97~99.9995% of the dust in the air. However, during the production process, the machine may generate dust, so it is necessary to discharge the dust outside the room with a flow of 0.25~0.5m/s.
